We had a wonderful experience at Maxx & Kate. The groomers were really patient and gentle with Coco. ❤️ They were constantly stroking her when she was anxious. Lovely service. The reason why they are different from other grooming parlours is that they have a clear glass wall so pet parents can actually see how the services are being done. ❤️ There’s no anxiety or fear of mistreatment that we often see in some parlours. Wish they could have done some more tricks to clean her teeth better though (she doesn’t let anyone clean her teeth that easily😅). But all in all, really happy with the service and the staff. 😇 Will be taking my Coco there again. ~ Soumya S
I recently visited max and kate for grooming services my beloved shih tzu named lilly, and I must say it was in exceptional experience. From the moment we stepped into the store, we were greeted warmly by the friendly staff who genuinely care about pets. The groomer at max and kate showcased an impressive level of knowledge and expertise when it comes to handling and grooming pets. They took to the time to understand lilly's specific needs and provided personalized attention throughout the grooming session. Tried Maxx and Kate for the first time and was genuinely impressed! I was pleasantly surprised by the wide variety of toys, food, and other products they had for cats, it's usually so difficult to find good options for them. The groomer was clearly experienced and handled my cat with such care. She’s usually very fussy about grooming, but this time she was calm and comfortable. Even when I came to pick her up, she was just sitting peacefully, which was a first! Their pricing is also quite reasonable compared to other services I’ve tried. Overall, a great experience, I’ll definitely be coming back! ~ Haaniah A
