I recently visited max and kate for grooming services my beloved shih tzu named lilly, and I must say it was in exceptional experience. From the moment we stepped into the store, we were greeted warmly by the friendly staff who genuinely care about pets. The groomer at max and kate showcased an impressive level of knowledge and expertise when it comes to handling and grooming pets. They took to the time to understand lilly's specific needs and provided personalized attention throughout the grooming session. My first visit with a dog who hasn’t gone through grooming with external folks ever. I must say a simple enquiry with Dharshini turned into a wonderful chat as my girl got groomed and pampered by Ravi and Prateek. Wonderful service, great ambience, in house doctor consultation, in house veterinary meds , pet store - all this with loads of positive vibes and meaningful conversations. The open door concept with transparency to their service is the key and this is what makes Maxx and Kate a must visit. Central to Sahakarngr, Bhadrappa layout, Kodigehalli, Vidyaranyapura and Canara Bank Layout/Judicial layout. We had a wonderful experience at Maxx & Kate. The groomers were really patient and gentle with Coco. ❤️ They were constantly stroking her when she was anxious. Lovely service. The reason why they are different from other grooming parlours is that they have a clear glass wall so pet parents can actually see how the services are being done. ❤️ There’s no anxiety or fear of mistreatment that we often see in some parlours. Wish they could have done some more tricks to clean her teeth better though (she doesn’t let anyone clean her teeth that easily😅). But all in all, really happy with the service and the staff. 😇 Will be taking my Coco there again. ~ Soumya S
