I recently visited max and kate for grooming services my beloved shih tzu named lilly, and I must say it was in exceptional experience. From the moment we stepped into the store, we were greeted warmly by the friendly staff who genuinely care about pets.
The groomer at max and kate showcased an impressive level of knowledge and expertise when it comes to handling and grooming pets. They took to the time to understand lilly's specific needs and provided personalized attention throughout the grooming session. I was amazed by their patience and gentle approach, ensuring lilly felt comfortable and relaxed.

We stumbled upon this newly opened pet spa and decided to give it a try and we’re glad we did! We visited for bathing and grooming for our beagle, and the experience was fantastic. I am not sure if Sahakarnagar has a pet spa already but i think Max and Kate is the first high end spa. Located on the parallel railway road. Good parking. The staff Mr Narendra and Mr Prashant are super helpful and knowledgeable. This is a high end pet store with a spa for your 4 legged loved ones. A lot of imported brands for grooming and toys. Neat setup with good range of products.
The real plus point is the staff who care for their 4 legged clients as family.
A must visit place to pamper your loved ones.

Narendra and team at Maxx and Kate are amazing with pets. They were patient and calm towards my Golden Retriever throughout the Body Wash and Grooming session. While forgot my treat and toy purchases at their store, they home delivered the purchases without extra charge, that for me is 'Going Above and Beyond' with customer service. I highly recommend Narendra and team at Maxx an Kate for your pet needs.
