We had a wonderful experience at Maxx & Kate. The groomers were really patient and gentle with Coco. ❤️ They were constantly stroking her when she was anxious. Lovely service. The reason why they are different from other grooming parlours is that they have a clear glass wall so pet parents can actually see how the services are being done. ❤️ There’s no anxiety or fear of mistreatment that we often see in some parlours. Wish they could have done some more tricks to clean her teeth better though (she doesn’t let anyone clean her teeth that easily😅). But all in all, really happy with the service and the staff. 😇 Will be taking my Coco there again. ~ Soumya S

Tried Maxx and Kate for the first time and was genuinely impressed! I was pleasantly surprised by the wide variety of toys, food, and other products they had for cats, it's usually so difficult to find good options for them. The groomer was clearly experienced and handled my cat with such care. She’s usually very fussy about grooming, but this time she was calm and comfortable. Even when I came to pick her up, she was just sitting peacefully, which was a first! Their pricing is also quite reasonable compared to other services I’ve tried. Max & Kate Pet Spa – Sahakarnagar, Bengaluru I recently visited Max & Kate Pet Spa, located on Fly Parallel Road, Sahakarnagar, Bengaluru – 92. It is one of the best grooming spas for dogs in the area, offering excellent service at reasonable rates. They charge ₹1500/- for one dog, which includes: Imported American shampoo & conditioning De-shedding Blow drying Combing & brushing Nail cutting Ear cleaning Tick removal The spa opened just 8 months ago but is already known for its hygienic infrastructure and professional care. I took two dogs for grooming: 1-year-old Indie (small breed) 1.5-year-old Boxer They gave me a first-time customer concession, charging just ₹1200/- instead of ₹1800/- for both dogs — a great deal! From the next visit onwards, they offer a 30% discount, bringing the rate down to ₹1050/- per dog. They also have grooming packages available. I am not sure if Sahakarnagar has a pet spa already but i think Max and Kate is the first high end spa. Located on the parallel railway road. Good parking. The staff Mr Narendra and Mr Prashant are super helpful and knowledgeable. This is a high end pet store with a spa for your 4 legged loved ones. A lot of imported brands for grooming and toys. Neat setup with good range of products. The real plus point is the staff who care for their 4 legged clients as family. A must visit place to pamper your loved ones. 5 stars all the way. ~ Rajesh Y

We took our beloved Shih Tzu, Cherry, for a grooming session today, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience at Maxx&Kate! From the moment we walked in, Jagan at the reception made us feel welcome and reassured. We were quite anxious, as Cherry was restless due to his matted hair. Jagan’s cordial and professional manner immediately set a comforting tone. Ravi, who handled Cherry’s haircut, was incredibly patient and gentle. With several mats and knots, the grooming took nearly 4 hours, yet not once did we feel rushed. The care, dedication, and attention to detail were truly commendable. This was my second visit to Maxx and Kate Pet Grooming & Store with my pup Mickey, and Sangamesh did a fantastic job! Mickey came out looking adorable, smelling fresh, and wagging his tail happily. Excellent personal care by the groomers. Very polite staff. Top brand shampoo and tools used. Very Hygienic. Nice lounge area to do your work while waiting. You can shop for your pet treats, leash, collar, toys, medicine, wipes, food, bedding etc. Home delivery if pet products available.Top it all with discounts on offer that makes their service afford able. Narendra and team at Maxx and Kate are amazing with pets. They were patient and calm towards my Golden Retriever throughout the Body Wash and Grooming session. While forgot my treat and toy purchases at their store, they home delivered the purchases without extra charge, that for me is 'Going Above and Beyond' with customer service. Excellent service - took my Bichon and honestly, my first time was not a pleasant one. I have them a second chance and they outshined with a very very good haircut and grooming well done. This time, the groomer’s name was Ravi- did well to understand and take the time. He stayed back later than the closing time to achieve perfection. What a fantastic experience at Maxx and Kate! My dog, Niklaus, absolutely despises baths, so I always dread grooming appointments. However, the team at Maxx and Kate worked wonders. Excellent pet hair cut done here. Very happy with the service. Did a hair cut for first time for my cat. They were very gentle and didn't hurry at all. We had a wonderful experience here! Our husky is usually never comfortable during grooming sessions, but here he was completely relaxed.
